Do you sell gift cards?

Unfortunately we don't sell gift cards, you or the gift receiver are more than welcome to purchase an item and if needed to swap for a different size or style, as long as within the return policy times.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, all items are bespoke and made to measure, please make sure you check sizing and style before ordering. please don't hesitate to ask any questions via Email or the 'contact us' button.
All rhinestones are unrefundable as the seal will have been broken, we offer a colour matching service to help with your purchases.

Postage is chosen at checkout please be aware that -
Second class/signed for services covers to the value of £20
First class/signed for services covers to the value of £20
Tracked 24/48 services covers to the value of £75
Special delivery services covers to the value of £750
with this in mind please choose the correct postage accordingly, for missing/delayed parcels this will ONLY be the value that can be claimed back.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All orders will be sent Via Royal Mail, Special delivery orders need to be placed by midday for same day dispatch.

what are your clothing sizes?

All our clothing are true to size unless stated under the item description. if you are in-between sizes I would always recommend you size up.
